That is a very powerful! Take a second to read that again.

 

Most people are just looking to jump into the conversation to bring people over to their way of seeing it. They aren’t really listening.

But the leader is listening for the common ground.

 

When they find the common ground the two parties have potential for great power.

A leader is someone who has mastered the art of Influence (this does not mean manipulation).

 

A manager will show you who you are but a leader will show you who you can be.

Influence is all about honesty (trust) and superior skill.

 

So the relationship between a leader and a follower is all about trust.

 

People will never follow someone they don’t trust. So work on becoming an honest and trustworthy person.

 

A leader sees reality how it is but also will see how to make a path to a better future. Here are the four steps a leader would take: 

 

1) A leader will create a positive visions of the future.

2) Map out that path

3) Communicate that vision

4) Work the plan

 

In summery, Jim Rohn’s words have been a mentor to me in developing my leadership skills. Much of what I shared here is from what I learned from him.

I am here now to help you develop your leadership skills. Leadership never grows without a mentor.

In this ninth “pillar of success”, the key is “growth”. Personal growth and growth in business.

Jim Rohn greatly inspired me to grow.

Scattered below are some quotes from him that have inspired me:

“Formal education will earn you a living but self education will earn you a fortune.” Jim Rohn

Growing shouldn’t stop after high school or college. In fact the discipline of studying directly influences your income after school.

Now consider this: “Become a millionaire for what it makes of you to become that.” Jim Rohn

You see, what it makes of you is more important than the money. You must also like what you become.

I mean, Judas got the money, got the success but wasn’t happy with who he had become in betraying Jesus. So he killed himself.

“Become a million dollar person in the process of making a million dollars.” Jim Rohn

You will be happy with yourself this way too. Don’t sell out like Judas. Don’t compromise your values in the process. You will regret who you become.

Money cannot be the end to all. “He who loves money never has enough.”

You will die rich but unhappy.

You’ve surely heard that “the love of money is the root of all evil.” Notice it doesn’t say money is the root but that the love of money is.

Not only will you be happy with yourself if you keep your values but should you lose the million dollars (which happens) then you have become the kind of person who can make it back.

You have no doubt heard of the person who won the lottery but couldn’t keep the money because they had not become the kind of person who knew what to do with it.

In the Bible it says that the servant who is faithful with little will be given more.

So be faithful with what you have. Make a profit from it and keep increasing your earnings. Study how to make more earnings and continually become the person who can not only handle what you have but who will do something valuable that will help others besides yourself.

When you become a millionaire, you will know how you did it and like who you became at the same time. You will have successfully challenged yourself to become a better person, and earn an income that can help others too.

 Success is easy!

Success is easy if you break it down into tiny steps to accomplish each day.

It’s easy also if you actually accomplish your tiny steps that you give yourself.

So set your goals each day. Set just enough goals that you know you can accomplish successfully but not so many that you are left dropping the ball.

Don’t think about failure. Failure is fear raising its head to intimidate you.

If each step you do each day is achievable then you have no fear of failure. You will eventually succeed in your longer term goals if you are persistent.

Real success is built on small daily successes.

Eventually write down 100 goals you would like to accomplish.

Each day write down one.

Some may be ten year goals, some may be five, some may be one and some may only take a month or a week. And many may be stepping stones from one dream to the next.

I hope this has helped to give you vision and constructive ideas to move forward with your life.

Now here’s a small attainable step you can accomplish today: it’s a way to create profits instead of always being a “slave” to wages. And profits can be increased. Take a look at the residual income of this business. I promise you, it’s worth your time.

This week I wanted to share with you: 

The Path to Six Figures.

So first of all the path to six Figures must be able to be measurable.

. 
My mentor showed me that you must be part of an opportunity that first even allows you the ability to make six figures.
.
That’s why when working with him, the opportunity he used had ways to make residual income and $100, $400 and $1000 bonus income. Residual income is the key factor but also if you can make an additional 400 – $1000 a month consistently then you can start to measure how close you are coming to that goal.
.

Measurable First Step:

,
GDI Team Elite has made one thing very clear to me. It has brought in new paying members consistently and that generally stick too. This is a measurable and encouraging.

Second Measurable Step:

.
The second step that GDI Team Elite has done is that it has shown me that duplication is possible. Duplication of team leaders is the key. Once you have four to six good leaders under you, then things start to move away from you. Income starts to come in from “nowhere” as these teams begin to duplicate under you and soon you are not even a big part of it anymore.
.
I mean, for example, my sponsor and team leader is making residual income from all my efforts! And she deserves it! Haha! 
.
Four leaders that grow, who bring in 5 new members each, means $20 monthly (beside what members you have and are earning from on your first level). Anyway, no biggie but once your team members duplicate and get their four then we are talking $100 on the third level. And times this by four legs and you have $400. Of course it just keeps on going and growing. So $400 turns into $800 and eventually it becomes $800 on just one leg.

The key to this is DUPLICATION.
If it can’t duplicate then it can’t grow.
.
GDI Team Elite Helps you get 6 paid members. So once you have 6 x 6 leaders on five levels it’s like 7-9k a month

So put 6 into box called “number of referrals” and 6 into the box of the “number of levels”  and see what you get:

Third Measurable Step:

The third measurable step is building multiple streams of income. There are three really great income streams that work really well with GDI Team Elite. These are TrafficWave and The Power Leads System. Both of these allow you to build capture pages for your team and build your list. Traffic Wave is an essential part of becoming a team leader and is not expensive.

There is much more to TrafficWave that we could talk about but these are mentioned in a different article. You can see that here:

But The Power Leads System can change things very fast for you.

We’re talking the possibility of creating $600 residual income in your first 6 months and 10k a month residual in a year.

My personal mentor makes at least six Figures just from PLS. And he makes seven figures all together.
Also everyone who joins me in PLS has the opportunity to connect and be mentored by my seven figure mentor.

Nevertheless there are these concerns I want to make clear to everyone:

1)
PLS is not like GDI Team Elite
GDI Team Elite works with Safelist marketing and this is because it allows trust to build and also is not expensive to join. These are very favorable to GDI.
.

2)
In my opinion, PLS needs to be introduced with a personal touch from the very beginning to be effective.
The advertising should be word of mouth or a personal connection via Facebook or social marketing as this allows trust to build. After that PLS is completely duplicatable all by itself. Just following the steps it gives is all you have to do.
.
But try doing PLS without the personal touch and you will see a lot of people dropping out.
This is because they don’t have that personal connection. Here is the importance of personal connection:

KNOW, LIKE & TRUST

.
Needless to say, without trust, people don’t stick.
.
This is why I encourage PLS later on as a possible income stream to those on my team who already know me and trust me.
.
Yes it’s a great step to connect with PLS and join, but it may be best to join AFTER you have become a team leader – if you can. Just realize that GDI Team Elite is possible to do without PLS but it will take longer.
.
With PLS, you can use the system with your capture pages and with your list and a multitude of other things that I don’t have the time to explain. But I will say this. Being mentored by my mentor Alan Cosens will change your life and change how you see online marketing. It will also change how you see GDI Team Elite. You will see your mailing list with a whole new set of eyes.

This week I want to share with you some ideas how to get over pain and bitterness and move forward with your life.

Sometimes we get hit with pain that almost threatens to send us over the edge.

 It might just make us angry or be more serious causing us to despair or even make us feel like we want to give up. There are two important things to remember during times like these. 

.

One is that God loves you. It’s easy to just say that but it’s different to center your life around that truth. To center your life means to trust God with your life and give him all your goals and dreams and to find rest in his love.

Two is to remember that you have a real enemy.
Whoever the face you see behind your distress is just the cover. Behind it all, is your enemy the devil. You and I may not really understand very much about him at all but the force of evil is very real.
And that force is pushing to destroy you. He does not want you to find rest in God, and will do anything to keep you from that. That includes offering you a temporary happiness just to get your mind off things.
But temporary happiness will not heal bitterness or jealousy or hurt from others.

Remember this and remember that life is not just a game. It is a real war for your soul.

God is fighting for you and yes – it’s because he loves and wants you. 🙂
